All Phase Engineering Services (APES) has a multi-disciplined, experienced team of professionals representing over 100 years of experience in all phases of engineering, including civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and structural. Our team has extensive experience in the South Florida market with healthcare, hospitality, commercial, retail, industrial and government projects.
The APES team focuses on understanding the clients’ needs and working with the design and construction team to generate the best solutions for projects.
Responsibilities range from surveys, planning, the design of systems including the production of construction plans, specifications and system cost analysis, as well as coordination and construction administration and management for the various disciplines, phases, clients, and owner representatives. APES understands rigorous document / plan review processes, required fast-paced changes, and project constraints. APES works locally and across the country given their team of professional engineers and technology capabilities, including BIM, Revit and CAD.
APES’ broad range of clients include hospitality (casinos, hotels and restaurants), healthcare (hospitals and medical offices), aviation, commercial, industrial, entertainment, manufacturing, schools, government and military.
Our lead professional engineer, Terry Moran, has local Florida and national experience. Florida projects include a Hyatt House Hotel, Hotel Indigo, Aguada Creek Condominiums, Half Shell Oyster House, Climate Storage Buildings, Ammunition Storage Facility, Pensacola Naval Air Station, and Gulf Marina-Panama City.
He has been the City Engineer and Director of Public Works for the City of Gulfport, City Engineer for the Cities of Iberville and Ocean Springs, County Engineer for Jackson County, and Maintenance Control Director for The Naval Construction Battalion Center (7 years), Gulfport, Mississippi. He has also worked with FEMA, MEMA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U. S. Navy, The Veterans Administration, MDOT, and other consultants in Risk Management activities, during the Hurricane Katrina recovery process. He was the prime engineer for several casino projects including: Isle of Capri, Casino Magic, President, Treasure Bay, Boomtown, Palace Casino, and the Beau Rivage. He performed the design and supervised the construction of these projects. He was the principal engineer for Memorial Hospital at Gulfport for 19 years, and the Biloxi/Gulfport Regional Airport Authority for three years. He is licensed in 10 states and works across the country.
